As a make-to-print job shop, we offer milling, turning, drilling, and several other CNC machining services to manufacture OEM components as well as proprietary products. Different types of materials, including 300-400 series stainless steel, C1008 carbon steel, CA425 contact bronze, and CA260 brass, can be handled in our machining services.

Our CNC machining capabilities enable us to fabricate components by maintaining tolerances close to 0.0002”. The 3-axis Hitachi Seiki VM40II CNC vertical machining center allows us to maximize manufacturing efficiency. In addition to 3-axis CNC vertical machining centers, we are also equipped with a 4-axis Mazak Super Quick Turn 10MS CNC turning center to manufacture precision turned parts.

Statistical process control (SPC) procedures ensure that exact dimensional requirements are met for all discrete components fabricated by our CNC machining process. In house CMM inspection guarantees part quality of all precision-machined components prior to delivery. As a contract manufacturer, we also handle secondary operations such as welding, finishing, and assembly.
