We specialize in the manufacture of custom finished assemblies made from ferrous as well as non-ferrous components, for the medical, automotive, and communication product markets. A variety of operations, ranging from sheet metal fabrication to welding and powder coating, are performed to produce complete assemblies. In addition, using the latest in CAD/CAM technology, we design as well as build assemblies to exact customer specifications on time and within budgets.

Durable medical products, mobility lifts for the physically challenged, wire assemblies, components used in bending equipment, and several other small as well as large complex assemblies can be custom manufactured by us. Assemblies can be finished with heat-treating, plating, painting, powder coating, or silk screening, according to application requirements.

Our assemblies are delivered as a whole package, with customer-specified parts integrated together, and tested periodically for proper strength requirements. Depending on customer requirements, we finish and pack them with customer-specified bar-coded labels.

Thru our mobility dealership, Lehigh Valley Mobility we offer sales, service, and installation on the following products-
  • Freedom Sciences "FS" automotive lift line of products.

  • "FS" aftermarket automotive seating products specifically the Freedom Seat.
  • "FS" in-van docking systems for wheelchairs, power chairs and scooter dock for scooters.
  • "FS" ATRS (Automated Transport & Retrieval System) independent driving solution.
  • ELAP caregiver “Traveller” system used with the front passenger Freedom Seat.
  • Sterling Stairlift’s "SS" straight and curved stair lift systems.
  • "SS" portable bathtub lifts.
  • "SS" dual-drive porch (vertical) lift under a private label agreement.
In addition, Lehigh Valley Mobility is prepared to offer in-home renovation and/or remodeling services for ADA complaint accessible living including door widening and bathroom modifications. Lift-up chairs, walk-in bathtubs and other related products will also be offered.
