With a series of welding equipment, in capacities ranging from 10kva to 150kva, we can perform resistance spot, butt, tee, and projection types of welding. We have experienced staff to design fixtures that allow us to weld both simple and complex assemblies. The use of CAD/CAM technology further enables us to build welded assemblies on time and within budgets.
We perform both manual and rotary MIG welding on aluminum, low carbon steel, plus stainless steel components. Resistance welding is performed on both customer-supplied components as well as components produced in our stamping, sheet metal fabrication, wire fabrication, CNC machining, and turning departments.
Chair frames, seat lift controls, adjustable armrests, and a variety of other components are welded through our robotic welding. Our brazing techniques assist in joining pipes, rods, tubes, and flat shapes from any high-grade material, including 304 stainless steel, CA260 brass, as well as nickel-plated C1008 components.
