We assemble and finish a wide range of components with our drill presses, belt & wheel grinders, plus Bridgeport milling machines. Mechanical joining, deburring, broaching, threaded insert staking, orbital riveting, adhesive bonding, painting and plating are some of our secondary services. Our mechanical joining process connects tubular parts, fittings, and flanges through swaging operations to form assemblies. To induce additional strength to the assemblies, we use orbital riveting machines that automatically pierce rivets into the material and join the parts together.

We have a 3-stage alkaline cleaning system and a 4-stage Landa aqueous automatic cleaning/washing system with inbound as well as outbound automated conveyor system for preparing your parts for secondary operations. Hardware insertions for varied electromechanical assemblies can be performed on our 6-ton PEM Serter. The use of our Zubel engine lathe allows for a 17" long or shorter piece part to be processed outside the flow of our production staff the ability to keep production flowing while making needed small modifications to these parts. In addition, we have a dedicated degreasing and tumbling department, which performs dry & wet tumble deburring plus polishing, alkaline degreasing, ultrasonic cleaning, as well as nitric acid passivation.
