For over six decades, Cook Technologies has been providing forming, bending, blanking, deburring, and other precision sheet metal fabrication services to assist in the manufacture of custom components. Architects, designers, and furniture manufacturers from diverse industries have benefited from our expertise in testing furniture components to BIFMA standards. Fabricating seating and hardware components, such as seat lift controls, chair frames, 5-prong bases, plus adjustable armrests from sheet metals, is our specialty.

With an extensive stock of raw materials, we can meet your short lead time and JIT requirements. Our CNC, hydraulic, plus mechanical press brakes enable us to fabricate metal components from a range of materials, including C1008 carbon steel, 3003 H14 aluminum, and 302 stainless steel. Parts with thicknesses up to 0.250” and lengths up to 12’ can be handled in our 125 ton press brakes. The CNC turret presses at our sheet metal fabrication shop have 31 station turrets with automatic sheet loading and unloading capabilities to ensure high accuracy in fabrication.
