Fabricating precision stamped parts, especially durable medical products, printer components, and laryngoscope blades, is our specialty. Our mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses, with tonnage capacities ranging from 10 tons to 600 tons, enable us to produce metal components by progressive die stamping, blanking, forming, and extruding. With in-house tooling and CAD/CAM capabilities, we make unique progressive dies, transfer dies, as well as compound dies for various medical, healthcare, electronic, and automotive applications.

Depending on your specific stamping needs, parts can be manufactured from a range of materials, including electro galvanized steel, beryllium copper, 302 stainless steel, and phosphor bronze. Our stamping presses can accommodate metals in bar stock or sheet forms with thicknesses up to 0.500”, and metals in coil forms with thicknesses up to 0.250”. The digital servo roll feeders and rapid air feeders at our job shop allow us to maximize production efficiency as well as reduce set up time plus labor costs in all stamping operations.
