We have wire EDM, surface grinding, plus CNC machining capabilities to fabricate all types of tools and dies. Progressive dies, gear blanking dies, single station tools, and several other tools used in metal stamping as well as fabrication processes are custom designed in-house.
Our experienced tool engineers start with customer supplied part prints in DWG, DXF, JPEG, plus PDF formats, understand the part requirements, and then design tools accordingly. Intricate profiles as well as shapes in stamping, sheet metal fabrication, as well as assembly manufacturing processes can be included in our tools and dies.
We fabricate tools from a range of materials, including 300-400 series stainless steel, C1008 carbon steel, CA425 contact bronze, as well as CA260 brass. On our Mitsubishi wire EDM machines, tool machining with tolerances of up to +/- 0.0001" are performed. In addition, we also use customer-provided tools for production.
