We bend and form tubes with round, rectangular, square, plus oval cross sections used in medical, automotive, plus electronics industries. Tubes manufactured from a range of materials, including C1008 carbon steel, 6061-T6 extruded aluminum bar, and 302/304/316 series of stainless steel, can be bent at our job shop. As part of our tube bending services, we cut, drill, form, punch, weld, and perform several other operations on tubular materials, to make complex assemblies or individual components.

Our in house CAD/CAM capabilities enable us to create initial product models from your digital design layouts or prints. Tubes with outer diameters up to 2.50” and wall thicknesses up to 0.065” can be processed in our semi-automatic benders. We use of a range of cold saws and band saws to cut tubes to customer specified bending lengths.

The Pines Model 1 hydraulic rotary tube bender at our job shop enables us to produce tubular components by holding a repeatability accuracy of ± 0.25 degree. We can also design and fabricate hand bending tools and/or air assist benders to fulfill your specific tube fabrication needs.
