For over sixty years, Cook Technologies has been manufacturing custom wireforms especially suited for the medical, automotive, electronics, and healthcare markets. Our hydraulic stamping presses, along with our rack and pinion air benders and CNC wire forming machines enable us to stamp, bend, punch, and form round wire into simple, complex plus angular shapes. Our CNC wire forming machines can form round wire with diameters up to 0.500”, into custom shapes such as hooks, clips, or rings.

We can design and fabricate air benders to meet high volume production requirements. Extensive tooling stock allows us to produce quality wireforms from your sample or sketch quickly. Utilizing wire EDM and CNC machines, our experienced engineers will make quality dies plus tools to fabricate custom wire assemblies. Depending on your dimensional requirements, wire assemblies can be produced with swaged, ground, turned, grooved, or pierced ends.
